Food and drinks on board Snälltåget

Enjoy a delicious meal on your journey with Snälltåget! On most of our departures you can take a seat in our cosy restaurant carriage, Krogen, and enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. On some of our night trains, Lönnkrogen offers a smaller selection of food and drinks.

The restaurant Krogen

Our restaurant carriage Krogen is available on most of our departures. The exception is the night train Malmö–Hamburg–Berlin–Dresden (and vice versa), which instead has a smaller kiosk.

To enjoy hot meals, breakfast, beer, wine, and spirits in Krogen, you need to book a table via My Journey.

Krogen also has a self-service counter offering coffee, tea, sandwiches, and sweets that you can easily take back to your seat.

The Kiosk

On our night trains to Germany and Austria, there is a Kiosk that offers a smaller selection of drinks and snacks.

Breakfast

On our morning departures and night trains, you can start your day with breakfast in the restaurant or take a breakfast bag to your compartment. The breakfast includes a double cheese sandwich, cinnamon bun, juice, and a hot drink (coffee, hot chocolate, or tea).

You can pre-order breakfast when purchasing your ticket or later via My Journey. Vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free breakfast options are available when you pre-book.
