Krogen is Snälltåget’s restaurant carriage and is available on most of our departures. On the night train Malmö–Hamburg–Berlin–Dresden, we instead have a Kiosk, which offers a smaller selection of drinks and snacks.
Dine in Krogen
Reserve a table in the restaurant carriage and enjoy hot meals, breakfast, as well as beer, wine and spirits on board. Breakfast is served until 11.00, after which lunch and evening service begins. Tables can be reserved when booking your ticket or afterwards via My Journey.
Take away to your seat
Our self-service area offers coffee, tea, water, soft drinks, sandwiches, pastries and snacks. Simply scan and pay with Visa or MasterCard and take your purchase back to your seat on the train. Low-alcohol beer (3.5%) may also be taken to your seat.

Menu for guests with a table reservation in Krogen
In Krogen we serve hot meals produced in Skåne, our classic prawn sandwich and salads on proper crockery. These dishes are served only in the restaurant carriage and cannot be taken back to your seat on the train. Reserve a table when booking your ticket or via My Journey.

On our night trains to Jämtland and Austria we serve special menus. The menu differs depending on whether you are travelling outbound or returning, and on journeys to Austria a lunch menu is also available.
