With our night trains, we take you from the south of Sweden to a winter vacation at the snow-sure mountain destination of Ramundberget at the end of the road. Once you arrive, everything you need for a comfortable stay in the mountains is within walking distance.

Departures and stations 2024/25

In the winter season 2024/25, we operate from Malmö to Ramundberget on Fridays from December 20, 2024, to March 29, 2025, with changeover day on Saturday for accommodations. The train travels via Malmö, Lund, Hässleholm, Alvesta, Nässjö, Linköping, and Norrköping, and then directly to Röjan station on the Inlandsbanan. From there, you travel with connecting transfer buses to Ramundberget. The bus journey from Röjan to Ramundberget takes approximately 2.5 hours. Click here to view the bus timetable.

Round trip bookings are available with departure on Friday (train 3904) and return on Saturday (3905). These departures cannot be combined with departures on other days.

Snow sure mountains close to service and entertainment

In Ramundberget, everything is close. That is good news for train and bus travellers. All you need for a comfortable and delightful skiing holiday is within walking distance: restaurants, sports store with renting and shopping possibillities, skiing trails and pistes and a grocery store with local delicacies.

World-class skiing

Ramundberget's ski system has ten lifts, 47 descents, several skiing trails, five parks and two children's areas. There are also 300 kilometers of prepared ski trails in the mountain, forest and valleys.

Ski pass for alpine and cross-country skiing is valid in all of Funäsfjällen's skiing areas – Ramundberget, Tänndalen, Tänndalsvallen, Funäsdalsberget, Tännäskröket and Kappruet. You have access to a free ski bus between the villages when you present your ski pass.

In addition to skiing on your own, lessons are offered for alpine skiing, telemark, snowboarding, and cross-country skiing. The sports shop Topsport in Ramundberget also organizes other activities in the surrounding area, such as guided ski touring, off-piste and forest skiing with a guide, snowshoe hiking, snowmobile towing, and much more.
